Palm Beach County home prices edged up slightly in February, the second month in a row of month-over-month increases and perhaps a sign that the county's shaky housing market has hit bottom.

"Anybody who buys today, they're going to do real well," he said. "This is where a lot of money is made in real estate. You never know where the bottom was until after it occurs."
